At E-Market by Econet, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that all digital products and services meet the highest standards. However, due to the nature of digital goods, we have established the following refund policy:

? Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The product was not delivered or there was a technical issue preventing access.

  • The product is significantly different from its description.

  • The file is corrupted or unusable, and support could not resolve the issue.

  • Accidental duplicate purchase.

? Refund Request Window

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Products that have been downloaded or used

  • Custom orders or services already rendered

  • Product name

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Any relevant screenshots or documentation

Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
